A lean grist with 100% Pilsner malt, continuous additions of Simcoe, Centennial and Nelson Sauvin whole leaf during the boil, to layer up the bitterness. A hefty double-dry-hop of the same totalling 15g/L, over two additions.

Can at home in the garden, the rain stopped, 17th September 23. Pours a straw colour, almost clear, large white head. Aroma is grapefruit and aromatic. Taste is grapefruit, pithy, assertively bitter, refreshing, old school and well made West Coast offering

440ml can. Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma of pine and citrus fruits. Taste of grapefruit, orange, marmalade, pine, resinous, dry and bitter finish. Solid westie.

Can at Bourne. Slight hazed orange colour with a white head. Roma and taste are fruity citrus. Sweet to bitter. Medium body.

On tap at LHG Brewpub Bristol. Hazy gold orange colour lasting white head. Decent flavour. Good old school ipa. Bitter finish. Yep old school PNW. Liked it.
