Keg at the Phantom taproom, Reading, 06/10/23. Murky orange with a just off white cap that retains well. Nose is pineapple, guava, soft malts, mandarin, mixed tropical fruit esters. Taste comprises mellow citric pith, grapefruit, soft malts, pine resin, mandarin, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy hop bitterness. Decent easy drinking DIPA.

Can. Hazy and slightly dirty looking gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth if slightly dry pale malts, a decent creamy sweetness. The hops are dominated by Sabro but there appears to be some sort of weird yeast interaction going on here because the coconut is getting very banana like! Crisp pine and nibbly hop spice, light floral citrus. Crisp spicy finish. Leaves a long dessicated coconut and banana linger. Yeah, different! The banana element is slightly jarring but amusing.

On tap at Phantom Brewing Co Taproom, Reading, Berks. A hazy golden/yellow coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Sweet, hoppy, peach, mango, coconut, tropical fruit taste and aroma. Decent DIPA but rather sweet for me.
