We’ve taken our most recognised and popular beer and amplified it. A lot. Weegie has been taken from a 5.5% sessionable IPA all the way up to a not so sessionable 10.0% TIPA. More body, more hops, more flavour, more Weegie.

440ml can from Krafty J's in Jersey. Pours a deep hazy orange with a white head. Aromas & tastes of mango, peach, passion fruit, grape, vanilla, spice, pine & malt. Medium body. Sweet smooth moderate bitter finish. Highly enjoyable without realising the high ABV

Keg at BrewDoge Shepherds Boost, 19/01/24. Murky amber with an egg shell white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is bitter orange, hop spice, big tropical fruit hit, grass, touch of booze. Taste comprises pine needle, ripe tropical fruits, grapefruit, caramel malts, grass, hop spice. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close semi drying close spiked with danko come grassy hop bitterness allied to a balanced rising boost. Solid punchy TIPA.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Smooth and fluffy palate, decent fine carbonation coming through on the back end. Soft creamy sweet malts form a very nice base for the hops and the hops are a delight. Soft but rich pine into Mosaic candy with the blueberry fairly obvious here. Bright citrus enlivened by that Azacca mandarin - lemon. El Dorado providing the Sakura vibe on the back end. Hop spice nibbles away throughout. Very nice.

Rocky white head on a turbid deep golden body. Big aroma of mango, peach & nectarine. Medium to full bodied, soft & pillowy with a clean back. Nectarine, apple, mango & pineapple tastes. Very easy going considering the ABV.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - murky yellow. Creamy white head. Nose - orange, melon and apricot. Taste - ripe peach and apricot. Getting tropical, beyond melon, maybe passion fruit. Palate - medium bodied, creamy and a little boozy. Sweet on the finish. Overall - good example of the style.

Can from The Star & Garter, Bromley. Hazy orange pour with a white head. Pineapple, mango, peach & sweet citrusy aromas. Full on juicy fruity flavours, touch of coconut lurking around in the background. Unsurprisingly robust warming fruity finish

440mL can, pours an opaque muddled orange with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with overripe stone fruits, light chalk, and some juicy citrus hops. Flavour is not too chalky, revealing lots of pine needles, juicy stone fruits, overripe fruits, and a touch of resins. I really like the pine needle character here. Not the usual chalk hazy garbage. Actually quite nice.
