Floc are a young brewery from Canterbury who have continuously been blowing us away with their hop-forward IPAs and shared ethos, we had to get them up for a collab of course. Here’s a delicious DIPA combining our four go-to hops.

Аромат пюрехи от классической двойной ипы, много манго с ананасами, но почти без тропиков. Цвет желтый, глубокий, пены почти нету. Вкус тоже классический. манго с лешгим намеком на алкоголь и крепость на финише, ничего необычного, неплохо но без разнообразия.

Can. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has a good fine minerally crispness. Smooth pale malts, a little dry and fairly sweet. Hops provide light pine and fairly bright citrus. There is a strong floral vibe here, it goes right up to the border marked 'perfumey' and takes a couple of step over. Mild tropical fruits before a light and semi dry finish. Ive had a very good run of Overtone Imperial IPAs but this is a low mark among them whilst still being a decent brew.

Keg at BD Clerkenwell, 05/05/23. Hazed golden orange with an off white cap that veers edgewards. Nose is mango flesh, pine resin, melon, ripe tropical fruit esters, grass. Taste comprises papaya, grass, stoned fruits, pine resin, hop spice, mango, raw pineapple. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness. Tidy DIPA.

Keg at BD Castlegate. It pours cloudy mucky blonde with a decent fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, green, weedy, dank, bong rips, melon, papaya, star fruit, guava, watermelon, bubblegum, spice, weedy, dank and sappy. The taste is dry, bitter, sappy, oily, green, weedy, dank, fresh, pine needles, bong rips, papaya, guava, melon, greengage, warming booze, floury bread, slightly chalky, nip of spice and light tannin with a drying, green finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Green and bright. Liking how dry this is.
