On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Brown pour with a beige head. Nose is caramel, toffee, chocolate, raisin. Taste is chocolate caramel, toffee, cappuccino, raisin. Sweet roasty malty action. Goes down very nicely.

Half-pint, cask ale at Port Street Beer House. Shared with Finn. Bubbly, beige head over a deep dark brown body, laces well. Inviting brown malty aromas, lightly roasted and mid-dry. The taste profile has got a nice blend of caramel malts, biscuit, and earth. Mid-dry bittersweet end, lightly roasted. Fine bodied. Like it. (Manchester, 24.03.2024).

Delt med Rune. Ultradypbrun/svart. Skumring med litt farge. Spotlacing. Lett karamellaroma. Smaken karamell & sukkertøy. Tørr, lett bitter avslutning.

Taste comprises biscuit malt, toffee, brown bread, dried fruit rinds, dates, raisins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close spiked with dusty hop bitterness. Solid hop forward cask brown.

Keg @ Mounting Stone, Bramhall. Darker brown colour with a head. Has mildly sweet tasting brown and dark malts, which are flavoursome. It's well carbonated too.

Can at home, as the sun retreats, 1st June 23. Pours a dark brown and opaque, darker than I expected, with a tan head. Aroma is aromatic, hoppy, citrus and pine, roasted malts. Taste is roasty, citrus and floral, pine and resin, bitter and roasted malts intertwined with cocoa and citrus. Mouthfeel is also full and complements the beer. Outstanding hoppy brown
