Smooth, with a slight caramel sweetness and a solid malt backbone; Cowboy Town hits all of the right spots everyone loves about this style. A light dry hop of Centennial, Chinook and Challenger add a pleasant bitterness to aid drinkability.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy brown body with a thick beige head. No visible carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of coffee, earth, pine and candied orange peel. Flavour of caramel, malt loaf and blood orange. Medium body with a smooth texture. Light fizz. This tastes exactly how I hoped it would: bittersweet, with great balance between the sweet malt and the crisp, juicy hops. This is fantastic.

Brown beer, thick tan head. Flavour is sweet and malty, toasty caramel, a little rye maybe. Nicely balanced and very drinkable.

440ml can. Pours very dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of chocolate, caramel, mild roast. Taste is malty, chocolate, caramel, light toasty roasty malts, the hops are piney, and somewhat restrained considering this is a Track beer, so all in all it's well balanced and a pretty decent American Brown.

Tight tan head on a dark brown body. Malt, pine & lightly smoked aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & creamy thinning out to a cloying back. Malt, roasted, pine & resinous tastes with a lightly hopped finish. Fine.

440ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Jan 23. Thanks Simon for this, the day before National American Brown Ale day. Pours very dark brown, large pale brown head. Excellent woody, malty introduction on the nose. Excellent brown ale character, chocolatey hints with a hint of caramel sweetness and rounded off with a nice hop bitterness. Really nicely presented.

30th January 2023, Shrewsbury Monthly Gathering at Chez Sophie, only four of us to share the beers. Cheers Simon for the 44oml can of this brew. Pours brown (what a surprise), wispy beige head. On the sweet side, light chocolate hints with a mini-hop presence for a bit of balance.
