We took one of our all time favourites Simcoe, and teamed it up with Strata and Centennial. We have not used Centennial much, and now we have access to really good Centennial, we are very excited to explore what it can do. This beer has big fresh citrus voibes, with some pithiness in the back. Like biting into an actual orange...with the skin on...for real. Strata is bigger on the sweeter fruit aroma as well as providing a green, weedy hit. Simcoe is being Simcoe, filling any gaps with some lemon, mango and sweeter pine character and making sure everyone else is happy.

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata torbida, schiuma bianca media, mediamente persistente. Al naso note di passionfruit, mango e agrumi. In bocca è succosa, fruttata, bilanciata, con discreto amaro a chiudere. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ottima.

Can at and thanks to Dave M, 23/02/23. Hazed orange with a good sized lasting just off white head. Nose is grapefruit, grass, bitter tropical fruit esters, citric tinged straw, pine needle, toasted malts. Taste comprises orange zest, grass, pine needle, hint of mango, trace of hop spice, papaya. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly dankened hop bitterness. Solid IPA.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a thick off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, salted bread, minerals and watermelon. Flavour of tonic water, grapefruit and orange. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Sharp and juicy.

Keg at the taproom. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of orange and grapefruit, tropical fruits. Taste is big on the citrus, orange, grapefruit, tropical fruits and a bit of dankness, well balanced. Quality.
