Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is bananas, some toasted tones with mild grains and some citrus to it. Flavour is bananas, some toasted tones with mild grains, toasted elements and mild earthy and some spicy tones too.

Bottle 50cl.Light unclear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, banana, toffee, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light citrus acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090625]

Bottle (purchased at the brasserie): Hazy, golden to orangey coloured, smaller, very stable creamy white head; dry sharp sourish, wheaty and cellary - Gueuze-like - nose; moderate sour-sweet flavour with a light tartness, soft MF, light to medium bodied; becomes a bit sweeter (!) towards the sour-tart finish. Interesting, a franconian Gueuze, presumably created by accident.........
