Koel & Krachtig is the latest addition to the White Label range. A Cold IPA is a distinctly bitter and hoppy bottom-fermented beer style. This Cold IPA has a distinct hop flavor due to the large amounts of Amarillo, Eucanot and Citra used in it. Together with the unmalted grains they provide a strong yet fresh bitter, making it a thirst-quenching and extremely drinkable beer.

Can at home, golden beer, small head. Aroma is fruit, hops, caramel. Taste is the same, caramel, citrus, hops. nice but forgettable.

Can, 7.1%. Good rough hop note with a distinct whiff of light caramel. Cloudy golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is very bitter at first, but also malty sweet like the aroma. The maltiness disappears after some sips, but the bitterness is clean enough to be pleasant even though it is quite high.

Aus der Dose (cannend 18.012024/bbe 18.01.2025) im 2024-06 getrunken. Diese leicht trübe, goldene Ale kommt mit ganz leichten Aromen von Citrus und Hopfen daher. Die Hopfenbitterkeit ist recht leicht. Im Abgang ist es so schnell weg wie es auch in Erinnerung bleibt. Es bleibt ein schneller und trivialer Durstöscher.

Can at BBT 11/2023 #2. Medium body, med-high carbonation. Moderately oxidated, moderately associated sweetish caramel. Moderate citrusy resiny hops character. Not great, not terrible.

0.33 l can from 'Mr. Hop', best before April 2024. A little hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, very fruity, slightly dank aroma of passion fruit, mango, pineapple and green peppers. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, very fruity and slightly dank taste of passion fruit, pineapple, mango and green peppers, followed by a short, gently bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tastes like a mix of NEIPA and West Coast IPA, rounded up with a crisp finish. Really good IPA.
