He is a ruler, an overlord, a top dog, a crowned head. In the realm of all that is tart and sour, Jelly King reigns supreme.
Rather than choosing between sour or hoppy, we decided to create a beer that would be both at the same time. Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop, harnessing the prowess of lactic acidity, and coming to a bottle near you without a pesky slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of immediate gratification.
What it smells like, what it tastes like, what it looks like: Refreshingly tart base, punchy hop aromatics and lots of bright, fruity flavours.
Allergens: Barley, Wheat, Oats

Bottle - What can I say, as advertised. Mango, guava and passionfruit. Murky yellow gold with a small white head. Nice tartness and a ton of all the tropical fruits described. Juicy, fruity and tart. Great.

Draft at Craft Brewed. Pours a thick, hazy gold with a finger of foam that dissipates quickly. Lots of juicy passion fruit and guava aromas on the nose. Creamy mango on the palate, not beer like at all. A real fruit smoothie that is quite refreshing but still coats the palate. Excellent stuff.
