Description: Our oat cream IPA – a collaboration with 7 Fjell Bryggeri (Norway). Oat, lactose and 008 yeast bring a fullness of palate and a sweet base. A double dry hop of El Dorado brings a tropical fruit aroma, with a resinous back note.

Hops: El Dorado, Amarillo, Waimea
Malts: X pale, oat, Munich, and a tiny amount of roast barley
Yeast: 008

Cloudy yellow, airy white head. Aroma has pineapple, light pine, green hops, juicy lemons, sweet malt. Sweet flavour, pineapple and mild green hops, sweet malty backup ng.

Collaboration avec 7 Fjell. Nez agrumes et tropical, très fruité, très engageant, sur l'orange, citron, puis passion et mangue. Bière brumeuse et dense à l'œil. En bouche, bière très fruitée, presque comme un cocktail de fruits jus d'ananas, Pina colada, mais assez épaisse pour une ipa, peu de carbonatation, moins aqueuse que la moyenne, très originale. Côté lacté qui rappelle le lait de coco.

Cloudy yellow golden colour, tall frothy off-white head, good retention, good lacing. Aroma, pale malt, orange, mango, passion fruit. Taste light heavy to medium sweet and light bitter, malty, fruity, grainy, orange, tropical fruit. Fruity sweetbitter aftertaste, grainy notes. Medium body, oily to watery texture, average carbonation. Enjoyable fruity sweetness rules, good.
