0.3l tap. Murky dark brown with a small creamy head. Bold cocoa, coffee and licorice, burnt malt, chocolate, toffee, citrus. Malty chocolaty sweetness, dry bitterness. Medium to full bodied, slick oily texture, soft carbonated, dry toffee coffee bittersweet finish. Well made, tastes rather flavoured and sweet however with a good balanced dry bitterness.

Pours to a very cloudy opaque dark brown. Nose is malty, coffee, almost cherry, cola. Mouth is nice, smooth, coffee, nicely carbonated, only slight bitterness. Nice lingering aftertaste, coffee. Easy drinking, cheerful, but good.

330ml bottle. Opaque, darkest brown colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, beige head. Initially rather weak, slowly developing and tardy unfurled, roasty, dark malty aroma, hints of dark chocolate, some coffee, coffee surrogate. Taste is bitter, minimally tart, roasty dark malty, notes of coffee, coffee surrogate, a minimally veggie touch, sorrel, more pleasant hints of mocha, dark chocolate, very subtle sweetness work against. Watery texture, repellant, metallic, somehow insular palate, only a narrow part of the taste buds is modulated section, fine to medium, minimally prickly carbonation. Kind of a late bloomer, concede some time to it for the full evolution of flavours; the surrogate touch will volatilize and give way to more real coffee and dark chocolate flavours - eventually quite nice.
