On tap at Taphouse, München in the company of John, Jonas and Ursula, Thursday 19th March 2025. Pours hazy amber with a large off white head. A touch on the sweet side, banana and toffee combine well. It's good but a bit sweet.

Direct from Orca. Dirty, light brown with a frothy, off-white head. Bubblegum and banana aroma with caramel touches. Taste is bitter with fruity undertones lending a touch of acidity that carries into the finish. Body to the full side of medium, chewy, moderate carbonation. Good.

Bottle at home, from Naiv, Frankfurt, 13th June 2024. Pours a light brown, nice white head. Aroma is floral, caramel, banana, yeast. Taste is very complex, caramel, yeast, lemon, sweet, malts and light bitter, floral notes, some banana. Outstanding

500ml bottle. Cloudy orange brown with a stable fluffy foamy head. Lemon zest, grapefruit, caramel, bitter orange, some sourdough, some clove and nutmeg, some Apfelwein, some mild balsamic vinegar. Dry zesty sourness, some fruity sweetness, slightly bitter. Full bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty malty fruity sour sweet and bitter finish. It is a great Dunkelweizen, very zesty, complex, drinkable. You wouldn't guess the 6.1 abv.

Murky brown. Aroma is apple light caramel almond yeast. Taste is fruity yeast with light sweetness and also boozy caramelly base. A bit rough with the carbonation. Not so impressive.

Banana, cloves, sweet and very smooth.
