This Brett Pale Ale is fermented on our house culture, plus a few other Brettanomyces strains thrown in for good measure, then hopped with Citra and Wakatu. You can expect a very mild bitterness and a very high drinkability as the dry, funk of the brett pleasantly expresses itself alongside two delicious hops.

Bottle shared. Eloljaroban annyit azert mondanek gyorsan, hogy ennek aztan semmi keresnivaloja az apa kategoriaban, no de mindegy. Annak ellenere, hogy evvel a BBD utan (vagy eppen ezert?) kostoltam, teljesen jol mukodott. Meglepo modon meg a komlok is frissnek hatottak, amire azert nem szamitottam, a brettel kiegeszulve meg aztan kifejezetten jo kis osszhangban voltak.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is bretty funk with citrus, melon, fruity hop, pale malt, touch of grape and lychee. Flavour is medium bitter with a dry finish. Body is medium. Funky and dry, what's not to like.

Bottle from House of Trembling Madness. Semi-hazy yellow-gold. Aroma of brett, lemon peel, light funk, orange pith. Taste starts mellow citrus pith and peel, then brett funk, herbal hop. Light to medium bodied, fine carbonation. Good.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours medium transparent golden, with limited fine white foam. Aroma is delicate of wood, herbal. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is very delicately acidic, medium bitter. Final is dry.

Fat på Brewskival 2022, fre. Blekgul disig med vit krona. Stallig, mycket brett, funk, citrus, grapefrukt, lagom beska. Bretten dominerar mer eller mindre med mycket stallighet.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours clear light golden with a smalll white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, brett, sweet fruit, citrus, a touch of marmelade. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, malt, light brett, fruit, citrus, strawberry. Medium body, average carbonation, dry light bitter finish. 150822

Bottle bought at Hogs Back shop. Aroma had a light vinous streak and soft juice. Hazy golden amber. Thin foamy white head. Light-medium bitter with a juicy citrus streak and sherbert edge. Zesty. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat-fizzy carbonation. Dry finish. Extremely refreshing yet dry stuff. Perfect for sitting out on a summer evening.
