We wanted to make this beer as soft and creamy as possible, so we used a huge flaked oats and wheat base before a whirlpool of Citra Incognito, Citra 90’s, and Idaho 7. We then dry hopped with our debut of the new hop Australian Eclipse, Citra, and Nelson. This is Your Brain On Science pours hazy and bright with aromas of tangerine marmalade and concord grape and,… well… think Trix cereal. Flavors are a creamy, bright, and refreshing mix of pineapple, mango push-up popsicle, lime, and Welch’s grape juice with a dank pine backbone and a touch of bitterness that will have your electrically brain signals dancing.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: pale orange haziness with a two and a quarter fingers of white foamy head which slid off at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: tangerines, white grapes, pine needles, mangoes and a touch of grapefruit hop notes. Light biscuity malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet to sweet quality; finishes tangerine-like with piney to grapefruity
Texture: medium bodied, leaning to being a sipper; good smoothness; low hop bitterness assertiveness and a nice low carb
Overall: nicely done NEDIPA worthy of returning to.

Tap at Beergeek Bar, thx Bonky! Yellow body, murky, white head. Sadly, low aroma, bordering with gone. Light gummi bears, earthy, oaty notes. Sweet, sugary taste, light grape, like oats.... Not much more but traces of oxidation. Dead... Aromas are straw, citrus, weed and a bit of resin. Flavors are similar to nose, slightly more sweet than bitter and enough carbonation to balance. Body is on the soft chewy side with a slightly bittersweet finish. Very nice beer but not great.

Can pour from One Stop Market. An opaque light brown with a bunch of white floaties, thin cap of off-white head with good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is sweet/tart citrus, dank grape. Taste is strong dank grape, oats, milder orange and tart citrus. Medium bodied with thick texture, finish as taste. Better as it warms. Good but doesn't live up to hop bill.

Pours murky mango into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to mottle surface. Mango and passion fruit aromas. Soft with sweet pineapple, guava and passion fruit upfront turning to dry earthy pith finish.

Can: Poured a bright yellow orange with a white head. Aroma is fruity hops, citrus, mango, pineapple. Taste is hops forward, citrus, mango, pineapple acidic, lively finish.

Pours a hazy, banana-gold, with big head. Aroma is citrus, some tropical fruit, a note of vanilla. Flavors carry over. Sweet base beer. Soft mouthfeel. Only the slightest of hop bitterness in the finish.

Draft at Paragon, 9/22/23. Hazy orange color. Juicy and sweet. Orange, mango, pineapple. Rather sweet. Not bad, but could use something to balance out the sweetness.

16 oz. Aroma has notes of cantaloupe, peach, citrus peel, Smarties, B.O. Pours murky yellowish orange with a one+ finger cream white head with great retention. Taste has a moderate pithy bitterness and significant sweetness with flavors like the aroma.
