A few years ago, we started working with the most progressive low-intervention winemakers around Europe. Mythopia is a very small organic winery from Arbaz, Switzerland. Romaine & Hans-Peter are known for their long skin contact macerations and expressive wines. This pomace came off their Blue Velvet and Fendant wine.

Bottle. Unclear golden body under a small, fast disappearing head. Both aroma ab taste is funky and acidic. Taste is bone dry with funk, wood, mild citric fruit, some sour grapes, lemon and vinegar. Nice but quite acidic.
Bottle, 75cl corked. Typical 3F geuze, with a twist. Vinous. Tart, sour, fruity. Perhaps a bit too much towards vinegar, but wonderful. 848415 251115

Storsalen. Golden color with no head. Aroma and flavor is sourness, vinous, funk, wood.
Ooo lots of nice grape funk, a bit acidic but blends well with the tannic notes.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has a mineraly, stainless steel note, with gentle grape skins. Flavour is very juicy, almost seeming like they're stone fruits here, with gentle funk, and light acidity. Juicy, lightly vinous, and funky. Very good.

Pours unclear amberblonde. Small white head. Scent is full grapes - but not very red grape-style. Citrus, green fairly refined. Taste is sharp, dry, strong acidity. Citrus, green. Bit herbal. Mild fruityness. Lovely tart back. Quite good, very different than expected.
