21st November 2022; Monthly Shrewsbury Beer Share, five guys and loads of beer. Cheers Mike for the 0.75 liter bottle of this; BB January 2025. Wispy head on a misty golden body, Lambic like in nature, semi-farmyard, semi-sour, semi-citrusy, semi-sweet white wine.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Nov 22. Thanks Mike for this. Prominent sweet wine aroma, some lime. Strong Sauternes coming through to taste with a moderate tanginess, nicely sweet with white grape notes and a mild mintiness coming into view... lovely sweet sipper.
