(Bottle) Black colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of coffee, dark chocolate, soy sauce, black bread, tobacco and liquorice. Malty, roasted, sweetish taste with coffee, dark chocolate, black bread, orange peel, tobacco, soy sauce, liquorice and a mild coffee bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, quite sweet. Rich and well balanced porter. Nice one.

Bottle from MikkellerBeerMail. Pours opaque dark reddish black with medium brown head. Aroma is intense rotated malt, soy sauce, ground coffee, dark chocolate, cocoa, coconut, prunes and hints of oak barrel. Taste is light sweet, light bitter and light to medium acidic. Body is oily with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and mostly sweet with notes of rotated malt, dark chocolate, anise, liquorice root, acidic (lemon or mild vinegar?) milk and hints on mint. Very rich despite being relatively low ABV - tastes a lot stronger. Very rich on cocoa and liquorice with a thick and lingering mouthful.
