Extra pale malt with cara and a hint of pale crystal malts gives a classic snappy malt body to this beer. Stridently bitter with pronounced pine, citrus and light grassy notes from a generous use of Chinook, Centennial, Ahtanum & Columbus hops, both in the kettle and the dry hop.

Cask at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear gold with a fluffy, white head. Looks great. Light sweet flavour with fresh and bright citrus fruit notes, oranges and tangerine, relaxed piney bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Great balance to finish, more citrusy hops, background pale malts, a little biscuit and pine. Excellent.

Cask half-pint on 30th September 2022 in The Boot Micropub, Wellington, Shropshire. Clear golden body, neat white crown. Citrus front with a piney back, the malts also contribute some sweetness, but the hops make this a fairly bitter APA.
