Christmas in a glass! A fantastic Belgian triple aged in Sherry casks. Lots of rum-soaked dried fruits, almond, mixed spice and pear drops with banana and cloves coming through from the Belgian yeast and a hint of salinity and wood from the sherry butts. One we recommend pairing with the Christmas dinner!

Can split at the Tilt Tasting, Bingohame Convention VI, picked up from St Stephens News Dublin 02/07/22. Clear golden with a decent white cap. Nose is pale malts, yeast esters, breads, light sherry whisper, fruit rinds. Taste comprises bitter sweet fruits, caramel, grass, nutty, toffee, prunes. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Decent for a tripel ... doesn't run silly sweet and cloying like many of its ilk.

2nd July 2022; Tilt Tasting, cheers Colin (Theydon_Bois). Thin white covering on a clean golden body. Belgian yeasty nose surrounded by a fruit cocktail aroma (with caster sugar sprinkled on it). Taste also slightly yeasty and again with a sweet fruity flavour, like the nose. Boozy too!

Flavour is crisp, salty lemon, white grape, woody notes. Salty finish. Palate is salty, tangy, moderate carbonation. Ok. Lingering white grape.
