Brewed in collaboration for our friends at Maketto, Tuk Tuk was inspired by the world-renowned lagers of Asia that utilize rice as part of their recipes. Tuk Tuk is a very approachable lager with minimal hop flavor and a refreshingly light body coupled with lively carbonation.

Can from lowcostbeer.com, consumed 4 months past BBE. Pours a light hazed gold with small white top. Aroma of clean pale malts, lemon - nice fragrance to it. Taste follows, nice hoppy character, citric with spicy notes. Rice adds a slightly different flavour profile to the background malt and works with the fairly hoppy side of this lager. Previous lagers I've tried with rice were your standard commercial ones. Nice stuff.

12oz can delivered from Beers of Europe and drunk at home. Light to mid-gold and clear with a ring of white head. Muted floral and bready aroma. Sweet taste with a light bitterness and a crisp, drying finish. Body is on the thin side with heavy carbonation. It's a fairly standard craft lager

Can from Homesense, Manchester. Mildly hazy golden-blonde ale. Has lager stylings but is very bland in most of its character, which is a little hoppy too.

355ml can from Beers of Europe; BB 17th November 2022. Drank in the afternoon sun on my patio on 29th April 2022. Bright, clean and clear golden body, white affair on top. Not a lot going on aroma or flavour wise really, just a typical Pale Lager that is refreshing but pretty tasteless by design.

Crisp hops and nice delivery. A huge step above your typical pale lager. Crisp bitter end. Pale golden pour. Can at Shelter.
