75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, March 22. Thanks Simon for this. Deep blood red pour. Prominent cherry nose, acetic elements emerging. Sharp, sour, tangy character with a good cherry presence, good blend between sweet and sour cherries, soft woody hints, nice acetic edge. Very good.

Monday 7th March 2022, monthly beer exchange in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Usual 5 suspects sharing beers and talking bollocks. Thanks to Simon for this sour puss. Loads of Cherries and Red Wine Barrelled Oakiness infused into an Oud Brown. Sounds interesting and it was, just too sour for me.
