375ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Oct 23. Thanks Mark for bringing this. Misty golden yellow appearance, small patch of white foam atop. Quite a juicy acidic affair.. rhubarb and Clementine juice comes through well.. nicely developed flavour profile with a pleasant sour edge.

30th October 2023, Chez Sophie Monthly Gathering, five guys, beers and bollox. Cheers Mark for the 375ml bottle of this. Misty light golden body, wispy white head. Acidic sour brew with lots going on below the surface, not really my scene but it's interesting.
