Hoppy Pale Ale is a very thirst quenching golden ale. Light in alcohol and gently carbonised. This beer has a lovely aroma of hops with notes of citrus and resin given by new generation American hops. On the palate it is fresh, very drinkable with a light bitter touch of fruit and citrusy notes creating a long lasting after taste. Ideal as an aperitif or pre-lunch beverage accompanying spicy or hot tapas.

Can from Beer52. Pours a clear light amber with small off white top. Citrus zest, resin, sweet floral and earthy notes on the nose. Taste of caramel, herbs, citrus pith, grapefruit rind and bitterness, sweet resin. Clean and simple in some ways but quite tasty. I enjoyed it.

330ml can via Beer52; BB 18th February 2024. Drank at home on 20th October 2023. Liked it's simplicity, clean and clear old gold in colour, thin white head. Pleasant hop aroma with both resinous and citrus esters. Taste is citrus fruits and a mild bitterness held together by a decent malty base.

330ml can from Beer52 - Pours a clear amber colour with a small frothy white head. The aroma is fruity and floral, sweet citrus. A resiny, moderately bitter taste, caramel, pithy grapefruit and resinous hop flavours with citrusy bitter finish.

Can from Beer 52 – drank at home. Pours a golden amber with a small scummy white head.. Aroma is a mix of floral hops, oranges, general citrus and wahing up liquid – none of them exactly strong though. In the mouth it is slightlyb sharp and bitter with a creamy texture.Flavour is bitter hops with oranges, grapefruit and some underlying malts. Finish is a roughness on the tongue. It’s OK.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A bright amber pour with a tight white head; floral aroma; rather soapy in the mouth with some citrus; then a fresh leafy herbal bitterness.
