Our cask fave is back by popular demand! A pale brewed with Vienna malt and crystal 240 to create a malty backbone followed up with the best of UK hops to give a delicate stone fruit finish.

Cask from Cherry Reds, Birmingham. Cloudy gold with small white top. Toasted grain, sweet sharp stone fruit through the flavour. A granular mouthfeel as well. Its ok, quite hoppy but needs to be more balanced.

[Cask at the Alehouse, Reading.] A slightly hazy straw coloured pour with a tight white head; grainy aroma with a touch of honey; seeming very sour at first, but mellowing after a few sips, revealing a grainy body with some honey; then a dry finish with more background honey. A gentle and fragrant beer.

2nd September 2023, large sample from a friend while in The Boot, Wellington. Cask, hand-pulled pint (I had a couple of big swigs). Lightly hazed golden body, white crown. Mild fruity front, some citrus notes, not very 'interesting' in my eyes.

Cask-conditioned at the Farm, Bristol, 4/6/2023. Hazy and golden in colour, with a moderately-sized, white, head. Light pineapple and tangerine character, rich team malts, a touch of citrus hop and dryish finish. Fine.
