Turncoat NEIPA is our take on a low-bitterness and high-flavour New England IPA at an agreeable abv. Brewed with wheat and oats for pillowy soft mouthfeel and double dry-hopped with Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado for a juicy, tropical flavour. This is the first cask ale we’ve ever released that is deliberately hazy, hence the name turncoat.

Hazy / cloudy yellow gold with a bubbly / frothy white head and a citrusy aroma. Fresh and zesty with a punch of fizz, some juicy tropical fruit, a touch of light biscuit malt and citrus bitterness to finish things off

440ml can from Everyman's. Pours a misty golden yellow, white head. Gentle tropical sweetness presenting itself on the nose, continuing to taste, soft mouthfeel.. can envisage this being nice in a cask pint but a bit of a stretch to call it a New England IPA! NE lite.

440ml can from Anthony's of Wellington: BBE October 2023. Poured into a vase shaped UK pint glass at home on 25th June 2023. Cloudy dull old golden body, smooth white head. Citrusy and tropical fruit nose and taste, that it really.
