Pint at Craftys in Letchworth. Not the best pint and a bit too warm for a lager which impacted on the taste. This is a standard lager, not much taste and very simple.

Clear, golden, with a small white head. Malty, lemony aroma. Pleasant malty flavour, with a touch of grass and lemon. Medium-bodied, dry, with a herbal-metallic bitterness. An average light lager, but without flaws, there's nothing to complain about.

Keg at The Oyster Shed, City. Clear copper gold. Foamy white head. Aroma is sweet. Malts. Honey. Slightly bitter edge. Flavourwise it's similar. Sweet honey and dough. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Helles-esque. Not bad.

Bottle at home picked up from sainsbury. A crystal clear mid gold coloured pour with a a lasting pure white froth. Aroma is nice bready grains, leafy hop, light grass, herbal notes, some alcohol. Little sweet custard note on the nose. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty malts, apple custard, dusty grains, light spicy hop finish. Palate is semi crisp, dusty, moderate carbonation. Pretty clean. Some alcohol in the finish.

330ml bottle. Clear pale gold, white head. Aroma of citrus, pale malts and grains. Taste is citrusy, lemon, mandarin, pale bready malts, grains, grassy hop bitterness. Decent lager, more citrus than the session one.
Gave it the same rating as the session one but think I'd take that over this.
