Can. Clear gold with foamy white head. Aroma and flavour has some orange, golden syrup, flora and pale malt. Nice smooth mouthfeel and crispness to this, decent bitterness. This is hoppy by Timothy Taylor standards but I get the derision and the decision to classify this as a golden ale. This is not modern craft brewing. Having said that they've attempted to showcase UK hops and its very balanced and fruity with a nice finish.

Tap at the St Albans beer festival 2024. A clear bright gold coloured pour with a lasting loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, leafy pine. Hedgerow hop, grass. Flavour is composed of crisp, light tart, leafy citrus, green berries straw. Palate is crisp, light light tart, highish carbonation.

440ml can from Morrisons. Clear amber orange, white head. Can says this will unleash a tropical cyclone of refreshment. Strong words Timothy. Beer doesn't quite meet expectation. Trad-style craft ale feel Orangey moments, sticky hints, strong bitterness. But lacks punch 👊

Keg @ Pikkulintu Ruttopuisto, Helsinki. Poured clear and golden in color, thin head. Served very cold, so the flavots bit shy, but getting some floral and citrusy hops. Light but pleasant bitterness. Session stuff.

Short foamed white head on a highly carbonated unclear golden coloured body. Grain & newspaper aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a cloying back. Malt, butterscotch, peach & biscuit tastes. Lacking in all parts.

Draft at the Glengower Hotel, Aberystwyth. Poured a crystal clear golden colour with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is malt, light woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a somewhat light, crisp, malt, light woody hop bitter palate. A poor uninspiring beer. Does nothing to enhance the otherwise excellent Tim Taylor brand.
