Notre IPA exclusivement brassée avec des céréales françaises, place au premier plan des arômes saisissants de fruits exotiques : on y devine la forme d’un fruit de la passion, on y croise avec joie la légère acidité d’un pamplemousse. L’IPA L.B.F., brassée avec sagesse, est un excellent compagnon de dégustation. Des rumeurs persistantes affirment aussi qu’elle révèle toute sa force en présence d’un fromage bleu.

Bottled 330ml. -from Geant Albertville. Golden coloured, medium sized white head, light citrusy nose. Citrusy, bready, light herbal and mild oranges with bitterish finish.

Süffiger, leicht harziger Hopfenbeginn. Moderate Herbe, etwas hefig, konstant hopfig. Im Mittelteil trockener werdend, spritzig, geringfügig bitter. Mittellanger hopfiger Abgang. 10/9/11/9/8/9

Dark yellow colour with thin head. A bit of malty sweetness. Light bitterness. Plain but well balanced.

33cl bottle (n°8) from Market Nice Mont Boron. Head is medium, white, quick gone. Colour is gold, hazy. Aroma is tangerine, grapefruit, pine, bit caramel, passion fruits. Taste is medium malty base, watery grapefruit, passion fruits, pine, tangerines, nice balanced bitterness, medium carbontion, not bad at all.

20th March 2023. Monthly Beer Share, Chez Sophie in Shrewsbury; five guys who love beer and talk bollox while drinking. 0.75 litre bottle from Mat. Misty golden body, white head. Watery and highly carbonated, made us all 'burp' if I remember correctly. All a bit thin and uninteresting really. Strange one.

75cl bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, March 23. Misty golden yellow pour, large white head. Bit strange is this.. tastes a little soapy, sherbetty.. not strictly citrussy or fruity or even hoppy. Herbal, grainy malt with a dry finish. Thin bodied and quite gassy.. not winning me over I'm afraid.
