Can from Aldi, Coleshill. Clear gold, small white head. Aroma of light caramel, toasted grains, floral and earthy hop. Taste of biscuit, caramel, quite a floral-herbal hop with bitter finish. Light bodied but some slickness, drying. OK.

Pre-match 500ml bottle on 25th February 2023. Grimsby Town at home to Orient. Bottle best before 29th June 2023, poured into a UK vase shaped pint glass at home. Clean and clear golden orange with a solid snow white blanket of foam on top. Twiggy yet semi-sweet in nature, some malty caramel like tastes with a hop bitter finish. No citrus fruits were harmed when brewing this beer, gets a 'YES' from me!

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Aldi in Dalston. Pours clear gold with a tight, frothy white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with notes of biscuits, a few leaves, British yeast, faint honey, hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Alright balance to finish.

[50cl bottle from Aldi, Bracknell.] A pale amber pour with a tight white head; caramel aroma; light biscuity malt body, with some hay and straw like bitterness; then a dry biscuity finish with lingering hedgerow fruit and a lasting bitterness. A crisp and refreshing summer ale.
