Packing a doughy, chocolatey punch, this is what happens when you add 1000’s of cookies and a shed load of chocolate to a beer! Don’t forget the caramel to top it off.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 03/08/2025.
Almost clear amber to golden topped with a just off white head that thins to a swirl.
Nose is sweet malt, vanilla, cookie dough, toffee fudge.
Taste comprises caramel, honeycomb, sweet malts, doughnut mix, toffee.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
It's okay but overly sweet and I couldn't take too much of this down.

Can. This is an IIPA how? Don't know! Near clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Nose is caramel and a little pine. Smooth light pale malts utterly butterfly caramel, cream and toffee. Vanilla provides well, vanilla! Also intersects to provide that biscuity element. Light finish. Nice pasty brew. I would call this a pastry white stout. This beer has nothing in common with a dipa!

440ml can at the Red Brick, Wellington Market at the Tiny Rebel Birthday tap take over (yes, I know this was a can, but I wanted to try all eight of their Birthday beers). Cloudy orange/Murky light brown body, off-white crown. Sweet biscuit nose and taste, some fudge and caramel plus chocolate in the mix and 'mix' is a great word to use.
