Kolor herbaciany, klarowny. Piana barwy ecru, wysoka średnio trwała, intensywnie oblepia powierzchnię szkła, choć brak krążkowania.

Aromat i średnio wysokiej do wysokiej intensywności.

Średnie do niskiego nasycenie. Ciało pełne. Tekstura gładka, miękka. Posmak średnio długi, wytrawny z goryczkowym tłem.

Buying this beer at one coop, in Brig. Best before.03/25. Trying it at Epalinges, yesterday after a walk with my son in the Lavaux. Good beer, rather a good surprise better than the helles, in my point of view, perfumed note of rice, cereal, sparkling.

330 ml bottle. Pours a dull copper with huge head that settles quickly. Aromas of oranges and biscuity malts. Flavors follow same with some additional acidic fruit (carambola?) and resin. Interesting, but murderous carbonation rips at the tongue.

Dark amber, and murky. Medium head. Initial aroma is butter and caramel. On the palate, it has a stale bitterness, some caramel malt, again a low level diacetyl. There's just nothing to draw me in here.

Cloudy amber, small beige head. Complex nose of light fruit, lightly sweet with vague spice notes. Similar palate. Medium strength hop bitterness

Misted amber with a one finger tall off-white head. Buscuit, caramel, citrus fruits, resin. Light plus sweet & bitter. Not a great fan of it.

23/III/25 - 33cl can as a gift, shared @ home, BB: VII/2026, canned: 24/I/25 11:52, CC008 (2025-309) Thanks to Arno and Meggy for the can!

Clear orange beer, creamy off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, adhesive, leaving some nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty, sweet impression, some citrus, grassy, decent! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, malty, a little fruity, bitter touch, some caramel, a bit grassy. Aftertaste: resinous touch, fruity, bitter, a bit yeasty, malty, grassy bitterness.
