Brown to black. Cream, milk, cappuccino, fig jam, baklava. Very sweet fig, date, chocolate, cream. Boozy brandy in the finish. Full body, sticky texture. Messy but tasty.

Black beer with a beige lacing. Aroma and Taste of intense dark roasted malt, dried fruits, sugar, dark grains.

Pours black, no head. Scent is full, syrupy and sweet (sugary, caramel). Taste is roasty, very sweet, sugary. Mild nuttyness and medium vanilla. Super smooth. Low carbo. Enjoyable !

Draught No head over even black beer. Liquorice, roast; the slightly salty nose maktes it smell as soy sauce. Runny French cheese, smelly feet, breadcrust. Dried cherries in the mouth, speculoos, gingerbread, and very strong liqueur. Chewy, viscous, sticky to syrupy. As expected, sweet & strong.

It is stapling the line of the style. Stout like for a barleywine. But absolutely great. __Billies craft beer fest 2023__

Clear dark brown beer, no head. Aroma: lovely, good barrel ageing, coconut, bourbon, whisky, alcohol, a bit oxidized, caramel, lots of vanilla, some chocolate, very nice! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet and sugary start, caramel, coconut, vanilla, chocolate, alcohol touch, lots of vanilla, a bit oxidized. Aftertaste: sweet and sugary, soft acidity, lots of caramel, more roasted flavours, some coffee, lots of chocolate, a bit nutty, hazelnuts, coconut.
