Pours dark purple, scent is sweet, blueberry intensity, acidic fruit elements over a sweet, thick honeybase. Taste is full, sweet, blueberry, intensely juicy. Medium alcohol. Lovely !

Bottle sampled. Seep purple. Huge sweet honey, blackberries, blueberries, rose. Lots of sweet berries and honey but also some balancing bitter berry skins and a hint of wood. Quite sweet, quite light bitter and sour. Full bodied. Great!

Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2023, Saturday. Clear purple red colour. Aroma and Taste of sweet dark berries, honey, warming finish.

Draught Deep cardinal to purple liquid. Vinous, concentrated berries, with a hint at (not really there) acidity. Complex beyond reckoning. Very sweet in the mouth, sticky - honeyish, but again, mainly berries (concentrated). Feels sticky, and yet it does not cloy. The way (very) sweet can be complex and lovely.
