Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2023, Saturday. Clear reddish colour, small white head. Aroma and Taste of red berries, grapes, sugar, boozy.

Pours fairly clear dark amberred. Scent is aged cherry. Raspberry, but very candied-like. Taste is sharp, mildldy acidic. Raspberry jam, over the top jammy even. Basebeer is very lost.

Mild säuerlicher, intensiv fruchtiger Beginn. Zunehmende Süße, spritzig, etwas brotig. Ok. 10/7/8/7//7

Clear red to ruby red beer, creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet impression up front, cherry jam, cherry flavoured yoghurt, hint of diacetyl I’m getting here. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, lots of cherries, red currants, sourish, a bit sweet as well. Aftertaste: dry, very sour, lots of berries, some alcohol, a bit watery, ok.

Can at home. Pours clear ruby, nose is funk up front, wood, raspberry jam, taste is jammy, tart berries, salty, toffee, oak.
