Bottle from Aldi that Em shared - cheers! Red with enough gold flakes to make it opaque when poured (although the gold does settle out) - not entirely sure how to translate it to a Ratebeer appearance score, but it would look quite cool if it was a cocktail. There's a light fizz, but the gold makes it feel rather syrupy. It tastes of summer fruits squash - there's no hint if cider here, and it's definitely on the sweet side. Not one for me, but no doubt an impressive brew for people who like alcopops!

5/12/2023. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale red with a minimally bubbly pink head. Aroma is very sweet and artificial, strawberry, raspberry, summer fruits cordial. Heavy sweet, with a slight redeeming tartness to finish. Moderate body, very sticky, low carbonation. Only fair.

500ml bottle from Aldi, Yarm. Bright red colour with swirling gold glitter flakes, short-lived fizzy pink foam head and aroma of ripe berries, raspberry, strawberry, jammy. Taste is sweet, berries, cordial-like, with raspberries and strawberries, sugary, syrup, very light tartness. Syrupy, slightly slimy mouthfeel from the gold glitter, medium bodied, light carbonation, very sweet finish. Too sweet for me
