(Cask at Cock Tavern, Hackney, London, 22 Nov 2024) Golden colour with no head. Fruity nose with apples, hay and citrus. Fruity, tart taste with notes of apples, apple blossom, citrus, hay and a finish with a generous acidity. Medium body, medium dry. Tasty and refreshing, with a good acidity. Nice one.

Bottle at home, from Cider Incider, 13/08/22. Pale golden yellow with a light pinkish hue and with little in the way of a head. Nose is pink lady apple, bitter sweet, tannins, light orchard wood, apple skins. Taste comprises crisp apple, sugar sprinkle, vinous, bitter sweet. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light drying close. Good easy drinking and refreshing stuff on a hot day.
