500ml bottle from Copper Street Brewery, Dorchester. Pours light hazed orange gold with translucent bubbles. Aroma: apple skins, funk. Taste: medium-ish, light sharp, tangy, tart, moderate tannins, dry finish. Medium body with low carbonation.

500ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orangey gold colour, short-lived fizzy white bubbly head and aroma of apple, juicy, fruits, leathery funk. Taste is tangy, tart, apple, funk, orchardy, leather, orange citric, woody, some vanilla, with drying bittersweet earthy tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
