750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orange amber colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of apple, fruit, fleshy, caramel hint. Taste is sweetish, slightly tart, apple, fruity, with a citric acidic note, some funk and mellow tannins. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying bittersweet tart and tannic finish. Very drinkable.

75cl bottle on New Years Day. Misty golden appearance, good carbonation. Lovely blend, subtle foxwhelp providing comforting tannin, alongside a lovely fruity profile with curious Clementine / orange notes. Excellent cider.
