Handpump @Treefolks (Rome). Dorata limpida, schiuma bianca media, discretamente persistente. Al naso note citriche, di scorza di limone, bergamotto, coriandolo. In bocca ha una base di malto leggera, con chiusura amara media, secca, pulita. Corpo leggero, carbonazione soft. Ottima.

Gravity Cask at York Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Clear golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of malt, grain, straw. Taste is malt, fudge, citris, fruity, with ome hop bitterness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, citrusy bitter finish. Quite drinkable
