Panda at home, thanks to Graham Grumbo, 04/06/24. Pale almost translucent yellow with a thin crown of white bubbles that dissipate to the edge. Nose is sweet pear, grass, herb, sugars. Taste comprises bitter sweet pear, not as sweet as I'd feared from the nose, grass, grains, light orchard wood, apple skins. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light drying close. Pleasant enough Perry.

29/5/2024. Bottle from Raise The Bar, Chapel-en-le-Frith. Pours clear pale golden with a pink tint and minimal head. Aroma is sweet, fruity, pear, citrus, slightest funky vinegar edge. Started very sweet, with some nice tartness developing. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation. Nice tangy tart finish. Improved nicely as tartness came through.

330ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Slightly hazy yellow gold colour, short-lived thin white head and aroma of pear, ripe, fruity, woody, alittle funk. Taste is tart, fruity, pear, fleshy, floral, funk hint, with some citric acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
