Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes of cherries, marzipan, nutty, some wood, raisins, dried fruits. Finishes light to medium sweet with notes of cherries, marzipan and dried fruits. Very nice one, very nice fruit notes, a bit heavy, but still very nice to drink

Draught at Ammutsøn. Dark copper-brown body, with a big, creamy, lacing, dark beige head. Aroma of bourbon, dark chocolate, toffee, some dark fruits, slight sherry. Tastes very lovely, creamy, quite similar, with more dark fruits and sherry. Full, oily mouthfeel, with a low carbonation. Finishes smooth, moderate warm, medium sweet, wooden, with bourbon, dark fruits, sherry, some toffee, subtle roast. Delicious! So creamy and rich, with a great balance between, sweet notes, the barrel and a slight roastiness. Alcohol is a bit noticeable, while not too overpowering. Beautiful sipper! On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Bruna, mediamente torbida, schiuma leggera e non molto persistente. Al naso note di datteri, ossidazione, mela grattuggiata matura, babà al rum, vino passito, foglie di tabacco. In bocca è straordinariamente intensa, dolce, calda, avvolgente, complessa. Corpo pieno, carbonazione medio-leggera. Un capolavoro.
