Creamy biscuit coloured head on a an unclear amber coloured body.
Malt & biscuit aroma.
Medium bodied, finely carbonated with a sticky back.
Malt, biscuit, sweet, herbal, spiced & berry tastes with a tangy finish.
Tastes nothing like a Belgium Tripel & the ABV is too low for the style - Tasty for what it is though.

Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#112. ST. SAMPSON. From June 2025. Bought in Saint Malo but drank in Guernsey after the liveliness out of its bottle had finally settled. Good nose, not quite the follow-up in taste for this on the blander side 'triple'.
