Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
Pours black, no real head. Scent is roasty, bit soy. Taste is full, roasty, sweet, coffee. Fairly sharp, mild booze. Bit soy. Enjoyable IMPY, for sure, but to heavy on the soy side.

Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2023, Saturday. Very dark brown beer. Aroma and Taste of caramelized dark malt, chocolate, nuts, vanilla.

Clear dark brown beer, small irregular beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of alcohol up front, very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, more roasted touch, yeasty. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very yeasty, alcohol, banana, caramel, somewhat sugary. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, hoppy, good roast, alcohol, dry, some vanilla.
