So aromatisch schmeckt daheim.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, amber colour with average to huge, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Sweet-ish, minimally toasty, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy aroma, notes of pear, banana, baked banana, some clove, whiffs of nutmeg and cinnamon. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally bready and toasty, minimally nutty, wheaty malty, slightly yeasty fruity and minimally bitter, leafy hoppy, hints of banana, baked banana, a touch of tobacco; leafy finish. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Very nice aroma, unbalanced taste - not fully convincing.

Bottle picked up from Appel Getrankemarkt, Moosburg and consumed at home Saturday 23rd December 2023 cooking Kolhapuri Kaala Lamb Sukka and also preparing things for tomorrow, listening to Orbital - Optical Delusion. This pours hazy mid amber with a huge frothy white head. Fruity and with some caramel and of course there is a banana touch. This is surprisingly easy drinking for a 7% beer and without a shadow of a doubt the best that I have had from this outfit. Good.

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before September 2024. Hazy, deep reddish amber with a large, frothy, stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, gently yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity-floral aroma of overripe banana, clove, caramel, nuts and dark honey. Quite sweet, malty, rather yeasty-spicy, a little fruity-floral taste of overripe banana, caramel, nuts, clove, nutmeg and some dark honey, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, chalky finish. Medium to full body, smooth but quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Pleasant Weizenbock, rather yeast-accented.

Big thank you to kappldav123 for this 0,5 l swing top bottle. Cloudy orange brown golden with an huge more than a two finger steady foamy head. Looks really good. Yeast malt and a little bit fruity alcoholic on the nose. Taste is also yeasty with wheat, orange fruity and some banana in the second row, some clove. Little bit alcoholic sharpness. Some dry bitterness. Low carbonated. Long lasting aftertaste. Nice one!

Bottle from a local supermarket. Looks good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Fine yeasty-malty aroma. Starts fine malty, yeasty, not too dry. Shy sourish background. Fruity notes of banana, some peaches. Light woody touch. Finish well balanced, shy alcohol notes. Not bad.
