Citrus – we used citrus zest, i.e. very thinly peeled orange, lemon and grapefruit peels, which give a slightly different aroma and tropical taste than American hops.
Session – in this edition we wanted maximum drinkability (session), so we chose a lighter branch of the IPA family as the “beer base”.
Juicy – this is how we arranged the malt-flake grist and selected the yeast and fermentation profile to obtain a pleasant juiciness and velvety texture.

Can. Hazy yellow-gold with nice white cap. Aroma has an intense citrus with passionfruit, grapefruit and lemon. Taste again is very juicy - looking at the ingredients there are some citrus peel adjuncts but it works well here. There is still a light grassy spiced hop in the finish. Nice mouthfeel, smooth, soft carbonation. Enjoyable.

Barwa złota, zamglone, piana biała, dość obfita, dość trwała. W aromacie cytrusy, lekka nafta, sporo tropików w typie AUS/NZ. W smaku półwytrawne, lekka słodowość, sporo akcentów chmielowych, głównie cytrusy. Goryczka do średniej, nieco brakuje, wysycenia też nieco brakuje, ciało w normie, dobra pijalność, soczystość. Całkiem, całkiem.

Puszka 0.5l (BB 20.11.2024). Świeże, orzeźwiające, cytrusowo-tropikalne, leciutkie, smaczne piwko.

On tap at Kegzistence, Pilzen, Czechia in the company of Nick and Anna Sunday 21st January 2024. Marvellous session beer, pours sherbert lemon in colour with creamy white head, a nice light bitterness, citrussy a dry finish.

[33cl can from Beer52.] A cloudy straw coloured pour with a ring of white head; orange and yeast aroma, reminiscent of a wheat beer; refreshing lemon and orange citrus taste; and a gentle bitterness to finish. Very drinkable.

Hazy bright golden yellow beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh citrusy hops, flowers, grapefruit. Taste of citrusy hops, grapefruit, hay, moderate bitterness, easy to drink.
