330ml bottle. Black with a small tan head. Aroma of choc chip cookies, very biscuity/doughy, heavy on the cocoa, vanilla. Taste of intense cocoa powder, dark chocolate, cookie dough, vanilla, sugar, coffee, surprisingly bitter finish after starting quite sweet. Full bodied, soft carbonation. Good but a little odd.

Draft. A black beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and dark chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, dark chocolate, and alcohol, leading to a bitter finish.

Dosc pelna i cielista kakao-kawo-czeko z wanilia i jakimis ciasteczkowymi, ciut przyprawowymi klimatami. Fajnie sie zmienia. Dosc zlozone.

Keg at the Queens Road Tap, Leicester. Darkest brown with a tan ring of head. Chocolate fudge sundae aroma. The taste is sweet at first but then a bitter tar liquorice note weighs in. Intense bitterness to the finish. Bitter dark cooking chocolate and Marmite in the aftertaste. Incredible beer.

Cask at the Waterloo Tap. Pours very dark brown with a dark tan. Sweet chocolate aroma. Approaching full bodied. Flavor is sweet dark chocolate- carribean sugar- lactose. Not at all that dry. Sorta kinda bitter. Like wood. Tastes great. Like chocolate whiskey - sort of.
