On tap @ Ghetto Something. Aroma is vinous, pungent citrusy, funky, woody and grainy. Pours cloudy dark golden color with thin creamy white head and soft visible carbonation. Taste starts tart funky vinous and yoghurty, following is bready with lots of tannins and acetic finish. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Wild & alive…

Deutlich säuerlicher Beginn. Starke Zitrusnoten, unterdurchschnittlich karbonisiert, weiche helle Getreidenoten. Spritzig, mittellanger Abgang, gelungen. 8/10/11/10/9/10

0.75 l bottle from 'Bierothek' (online), 5.5% abv. Very hazy, pale golden with a few white bubbles on top of it. Slightly sweetish, sourish, rather fruity, a bit vinous aroma of lemon, vinegar, rhubarb, white wine and a touch of honey. A little sweet, quite sour, rather fruity and a bit vinous taste of lemon, vinegar, some white wine, a touch of honey and hints of gooseberry, followed by a medium long fairly tart, slightly dry finish. Medium body, quite astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Quite refreshing, yet rather sharp and monotonous.

Tap at BGB. Clear golden body, no head. Huge acetic aroma, red wine vinegar. More red wine vinegar in the taste too, some cheesy undertones. Smooth, and despite a weird combination, not bad, but let's face it, it tastes like a very cheap wine.

Rated at BeerGeek Bar. Earthy, sour and mineraly with some grainy malts, funky farmyardy yeastiness and stuffy leathery notes. A bit untypical
