Aus der Dose im 2023-08 getrunken. Dieses dunkelbraune Schokoladen-Monster kommt mit kräftigen Röstaromen und entsprechender Bitterkeit daher, die aber dank des Kandis-Zuckers sehr gut ausbalanciert wird. Klar ein wunderbarer, flüssiger Nachtisch und kein Bier gegen den Durst.

Süßer, karamellig schokoladiger Beginn. Die intensive Süße bleibt den Mittelteil über konstant, Vanille, der Honig geht etwas unter, die starke Süße stört. Nett, intensiv, unsüffig weil nicht unbedingt harmonisch. 11/10/8/10/9/10

440 ml can. Pours black with moderate dark tan head. Aromas of rich chocolate syrup, vanilla, treacle, and slick roasted malts. Flavors follow same with additional molasses and thick sweet honey. Dense. A great pastry stout.

Canned, 440 ml at Ambasada. Black with tan head. Chocolate, roasted malts, vanilla, some coffee, molasses. Medium sweetness. Medium bodied.

Canned 440ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Black coloured, medium sized brownish head, vanilla in the nose. Light roasted malt, chocolate, vanilla, light honey and rather bitter notes in the finish.

On tap at The Scrapyard, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out dark roasted malt, a little black liquorice, and some honey. Flavour is extremely rich, with an almost absurd amount of honey upfront, followed by roasted malt and dark sugars. The honey comes across really nicely without being cloyingly sweet. Massive honey stout here. Excellent.
