Summer is here and that means it’s time to crank out some lush tropical sours and this is a big juicy one. It doesn’t get much more tropical than Guava, Dragon Fruit and Passion Fruit. It’s thick, it’s creamy, it’s sour and it’s tantalisingly delicious. Built on a malt base of Golden Promise and Flaked Wheat to give a delicate softness and allowing the Guava to cream things up. Drink it from the can on the beach, drink it from a glass, drink if from a porron. Just f@#king drink it because it’s heavenly.

Canned, 440 ml at Ambasada. Hazy yellow orange with white head. Fruity, citrus, juicy, tropical fruit, some sweetness, medium tartness.

Pâle, col fin crémeux blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un bouquet bien tropical avec la goyave qui ressort bien, fruit de la passion perce pas mal en rétro-nasal. Le volet fruit du dragon reste plus mitigé. Le tout fait preuve aussi du classique côté berliner avec une fine acidité latente.
Palais est sur une belle acidité fruitée tropicale - fruit de la passion ressort plutôt bien au premier abord. Le côté goyave vient apporter une note plus épaisse en bouche avec une touche pâtissière classique pour ce type de bière. In fine, assez monodimensionnelle avec un fruit du dragon que je trouve plus en retrait - fruit déjà difficile à identifier si il n'est pas très mûr.

Can, Bierkiste. Cloudy copper, white lace. Intense passion fruit nose. Medium body, dry, chalky over fruit pulp. Dry tropics, lychee, citrus, fruit chreme. Quite nice.

Canned 440ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb, shared with hrabren. Unclear golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, light passion fruit in the nose. Passion fruit, light peach, touch of citrus and light candy notes in the finish.
